Wholesale Barn Beams from JH Barn Demolition
Wholesale Barn Beams
In the 1800's, wood working was done by hand. Sawing down a tree and shaping the log with axes, chisels, and hammers to create a square beam. These hardwood beams were used in timber frame construction in civil war era barns and buildings. Our hand worked beams make beautiful additions to any home as exposed architectural framing, fireplace mantles, ceiling designs, and decorative accents. Available in sizes ranging from 6" x 6" to 12" x 12", and lengths ranging in 5' fireplace mantle sizes to 50' long architectural beams. Wood species available include but are not limited to: Walnut, Oak, Chestnut, Pine. Each beam is cleaned, brushed, and finished according to the client's specifications.
